CAMBRIDGE, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--PatientsLikeMe today announced the formation of a new senior leadership team comprised of existing executives and new leaders. The team includes: Executive Vice President of Marketing, Technology and Operations Michael Evers, who joined PatientsLikeMe in 2012; George Parker, Executive Vice President of Human Resources since 2016; newly-appointed Executive Vice President of Research and Development (R&D) Jonathan White; and Monique Levy, who joined PatientsLikeMe in 2016 and has been promoted to Executive Vice President, Business Solutions and Partnerships. The team reports to Co-Founder and President Ben Heywood. Co-founder Jamie Heywood remains as PatientsLikeMe’s Chairman and is focused on driving the company’s vision.

Jonathan White, a neurosurgeon certified by The Royal College of Surgeons of England, joins PatientsLikeMe with a 25-year history in healthcare innovation, clinical trial development, and in launching successful medical and software products. He has served in executive level IT and R&D positions at Quintiles, Haemonetics and Pfizer. White was also a past PatientsLikeMe customer and board member. In his new role, he will be responsible for managing the company’s biology, regulatory, research, and commercial product development functions.
